SHORT FILM REQUIRES ARTWORK

I am currently working as Artistic Director on a short film in which I can bring artwork to help lend to and define a certain character in the movie.
The reward would be credits only for this, an agreement would be provided. I am looking for imagery that has dark, twisted, abstract connotations

I'M DISCOVERING NEW MEDIUMS!

In the world of fine art, working as an artist I have learned to understand the applications and relevant techniques in…

  • oils
  • soft pastel
  • oil pastel
  • mixed medium
  • graphite, charcoal, sanguine
  • acrylics & gouache
  • mixed medium
  • clays in sculpting busts
  • wood, ivory, corals & semi precious stones in carving

I was highly successful overall, enough to own my own gallery and school my children privately on my art.
Things change and life goes on, I started feeling as though to keep to any one medium would mean that in becoming too comfortable my learning and therefore reaching was deminishing.

I have been quietly working in the background in learning languages that enable me to create a website. That does my head in to a degree but I have finally become sufficiently comfortable to be able to handle the aesthe

SPOTLIGHT ON MARK MOSKVITCH (Sydney Australia) with my compliments

MARK MOSKVITCH IN HDR

Einstein once said “Joy in looking and comprehending is nature’s most beautiful gift”. I think that the camera does the looking while the photographer does the comprehension of the image; a comprehension of their own feelings toward this matrix of light that they capture, and more importantly, a second-guessing of the comprehension brought to an image by the alternative viewer.…

In accepting the law of physics that says we do not see anything at all, just the light reflected from it, the photographer is given license to create reality to some extent. Reality as it is in the case of photojournalism, or reality as they would wish to portray it in the case of fine art photography.

Thus much of my work is built upon the high dynamic range (HDR) technique of capturing light
