'Luxembourgois' ALATEIA IN LUX

CELEBRATING MY OFFICIAL RESIDENCY IN LUXEMBOURG
I needed to update my profile so called in a local photographer and did alittle modelling, (very rare indeed)

was taken 8 years ago, so time for an update. ‘Alateia in Lux’ was taken (May 1st 09’) There was a little ‘to-do’ that occured and this is the story.

A fabulous park, near a lake in Luxembourg. I agreed to do alittle modelling for a photographer and so off we went into the night. I thought it would be fun to get a few shots with the cherry blossom falling in the flash against my black velvet evening gown. (It was) some of the petals are in my hair. We took a bunch of shots and attracted a small crowd. Ok.

The night was fresh, we decided we had some nice shots so time to pack up and Luxe photographer would drop me off at my appartment.

so, off we go….
Not a long drive, around 15 minutes, he dropped me off then said strongly, WAIT! I better see you to the door.
No, don’t bother, im practically at the door!. I can manage, really.
in my heavily accented french. To my surprise he leapt from the car, ( i was alittle stunned thinking he had not understood me) and he insisted!

Don’t go to the door!... ok? we have been followed.

He is watching us now and hidden in the next driveway. Wait in the car.

Armed with his photographic equipment and latino blood he approached the man asking him (politely of course) WTFK was he doing etc, “µ8’é!” etc.

Well they had a little stand off, then the awfully behaved man tore off in his car.
Such a lot of excitement. He wanted to follow the man and make sure he was infact definately gone, and me being one for alittle excitement, said ‘oooh gooodie’

So off we dashed in heated little persuit only to run into the police, what chance!?

Well i couldnt help myself, a chance to practice formal french with a few wee ‘what if’ questions i had. I decided to practice on these wonderfully handsome young Luxembourgious uniformed men that stood before me. By that stage i was a little flustered. (was it the shoot, the cool night air, the chase, or… the uniforms?)
...anyhow, their response had me positively aghast!

As it turns out, one of the handsome young uniformed policeman said, Madame, ‘zie park’ with zie lake and ze lovely cherry bluzsom treez is zee ‘local’ for male prostitues.
AHHH???? YOU MEAN…to ‘shake their toosh in amongst the blossoms?
OUI MADAME
aahhhh, ....which explains how Mssr Inpolite was so ruffled, whoever he was scared to death we had photographed him ‘shaking his tail feather in the heather’.
Excuse me Madame?*
Oh, oh, rien, merci beaucoup et aurevoir.

...my-my… i hope he just had a nasty hangover and has forgotten everything!
