I really like this shot Al. Captured at the right moment with the curve in the road adding to the shot.

  • I don’t know about you, but RB is all squirrelly tonight again. This comment (much appreciated) does not show up in my overview and the sizes of things are all over the map. Thanks Lindsay.

Very London indeed Al! Like the choice of subject and the vibrancy of those buses. I’ve just been in London myself for a couple of days………..

  • Enjoy your tour of london. We found the above-ground transit was great to get anywhere while still seeing the sights, something the Tube can’t offer.

They sure have colorful buses. Great capture my friend.

  • They certainly have a wide variety of sizes and colours, for sure.

I like the way you composed this, Al. The vivid red and curve in the street, with the trees adding height to the shot all combine to make this a wonderful shot!

  • Thank you so much for pointing out my absolute brilliance!! LOL

I agree with all comments – great artistic shot, showing up the Englishness of London – I like the huge contrast from the buses to the grey stone walls. AND you got the ‘Eye’ in.
    Did you visit Scotland then?

  • I wish we had been able to go to Scotland but it wasn’t part of this tour.

You need to make a second trip – just for Scotland then!! Got to choose the right month – !! Liz

  • There are many places to see in this wide world of ours and I know you have done your part to travel the globe. What is a good month for Scotland?

Well Al – it used to be May and September but the last three Mays have been cold, wet and windy! April has been better. Nowadays it’s pot luck. My prefernece is Spring or early Autumn – but then look at the super days we had in winter where I got all the fabulous hiking pics!! I’m not going to commit myself!! lol
