Wow, what a lot of comments! This image is really super – and I agree with your email as to what constitutes a viewable, popular image. Technically, I also have shots which are blurred and generally not ‘good’, but, with a bit of photo shop and the wonders of digital, something can be rescued.

Excellent timing, great job Al. My daddy was a real cowboy. He rode the rails when he was young and ended up herding cattle in Texas. After he met my mother, they moved to California where he worked his way up from ranch hand to foreman of the ranch where I grew up. I love horses. xxxxx
