This horse, Rivendell’s Jack Sparrow, belongs to my brother and sister-in-law, who own Rivendell Farm in Alabama.
Jack is a Connemara pony. His sire, Grange Finn Sparrow, was winner of the American Connemara Pony Society HALL OF FAME PERFORMANCE AWARDS in 1995, was known as a Champion Jumper in Ireland, and is considered the “apex” of Connemara jumping breeding. He is sire of the Canadian eventer, Windswept, Sparrow Cappuccino, and many more.
