Acacia baileyana
The green and gold of the Wattle represents the colours of Australia. It can withstand the harsh conditions of Australia’s droughts, winds and bushfires. The resilience of the wattle reflects unity, strength and spirit to endure through hard times and still display its stunning beauty.

Genus/Species: Acacia baileyana
Common: “Cootamundra Wattle”
Characteristics: spherical flowers with only the stamens prominent.
Cultivation: can hybridise, prostrate.
