Hi DJ, LOL….is this a thriller?? You think?? It’s a fish tail…can’t ya tell? No really it is…honest!! We caught quite a few shots this time where the fish tail was sticking out of their beaks, it was COOL!! My husband took this shot (actually we both took other shots similar to this one), we both have a GREAT time when we get out amongst the Eagles in the wild, I had one swoop right over my head hitting my head with it’s wing as it flew over, what a RUSH that was, so exhilarating!! National Geographic was up here in Alaska maybe about 4 or 5 years ago, doing a story North of the Brooks Range, they happened to be in my husbands office where he had some of our Eagle shots running as a slide show, the photographer saw them and told Rick how impressed he was with our captures (that really made us feel good).
