Originally from Manchester, UK, now living in Warsaw, Poland and Tarifa, Spain, but also travelling frequently.

I currently use a Nikon D300 with Sigma lenses (18-250, 150-500, 105) and, for travel, a Sony NEX-7 with Sony (18-55, 55-210) and Tamron (18-200) lenses.

Enough of the boring stuff… on with the show.

Woa! great catch.. Do you know what is he pull behind him?

  • Thanks Mary. He is pulled by a kite – sorry, the initial description was a little lacking in info. When photographing this sport it is notoriously difficult to catch both the action of the surfer and the kite, so it is not always obvious what is going on.

I didi this in Aruba a few years back it is incredebly difficult at first but once you get your balance it fantastic

  • Hi Michael. Kite surfing is huge in Tarifa. In good summer conditons there will be thousands on the water, now far outnumbering us windsurfers who first “discovered” the place…
