Taken in the back of my new property in Abbotsford, BC, Canada.
First time I attempt this technique, and spent much of my day shooting more of these….very addictive. And…………….also my first image I process in Photoshop….yes I’m getting brave and used a filter on this to make it appear like an oil painting.

This is cool Annie. Addictive, yes very… Looks like you have a nearby and great spot to play with this one technique, than later you need to have someone drive a gravel road in the forest, while you do various motions blurs out the side of the car. Sometimes panning with the near tree trunks, sometimes farther ones. Once in a while you get something…

  • It is so interesting at how we can achieve this look. Tell me is there a special aperture we are best selecting for this style? do you know?

How extraordinary, Annie! It’s almost 3D….I feel as if I could touch it and actually feel a tree! Excellent!
