I did this when I was teaching youth-at-risk and got my students to ‘tag’ it. It’s about how young people are dazzled by the lights then end up in the back alleys. Our program was to guide them in a positive manner through ART then take their discipline, confidence, talent, skills aquired to finishing what they left behind or lost. Majority who finished the course of 8 months went on to finsih their high school, entered Unversity or some college. These were tough street ‘kids’ who had talent in Art but never realized what they had; something that made them special and unique.
thanks evryone. One of my favorites too cause all my students tagged it. After their cussing, throwing things around, tantrums, fights, this will be one of my Life’s best memories. Six(6) went onto University and/or college, 2 others finished their Gr XII, 2 are serious artists. I did this for 2 years until I needed a break.
