Taken at HRH Prince Charles’ Royal visit to Saskatoon where he was greeted at our National Heritage Park, “Wanuskewin”. There were more riders but i could only shoot this scene; wasn’t allowed into the other circle which was only for political dignitaries. Much pomp, pageant and regalia…....

Thanks….it was quite the event, a lot of pageantry. I got the official acknowledgment to present HRH with one of my paintings in person. He was sitting having a cup of tea when they called me in and I spoke to him about the Art and what it meant. A very soft spoken man who really listens to you and a firm but relaxed grasp to his hand-shake. Immediately after the Royal Security took the painting away, they look and act like the MIB : ))
