Thank you very much Catherine. I think these birdies do have quite an aztec feel to them, not that I know an awful lot about aztec art! But they swoop in and out of my brain, and occasionally they get released onto the page!! Glad you like this one :)

Thank you so much Anni! I love these naive little birds, they all stem from some ceramic wall plaques I tried to buy on ebay (I got outbid), and they have been flitting in and out of my work ever since.
