Thanks very much Ruth! I have really enjoyed my foray back into the world of coloured pencils recently, completely inspired by some of the other RB artists who use them, in particular BLYTHART, check out his work if you don’t know it!
This has been my favourite in my Waterlilies series, so much so that last weekend I used it for an exercise in trying other media, I have now done another 5 renditions of this exact piece using other mediums such as pastel and gouache. I’ll be uploading them soo, keep an eye out!

I like the free flowing colors in this beautiful colored pencil. One of my favorite mediums.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment! I have really been enjoying it as a medium too, but it has taken me away from my beloved acrylics, so I think I need to get back to them so they don’t feel neglected LOL
