How I created it? It is based on a capture of these blossoms.First I worked with a filter which let them appear like a watercolor painting, then I used the fractalius filter. That was it…..

no problem, it’s not a secret :-)
The postwork was done in Photo Impact and the first filter was
“Watercolor Painting” from Filterforge and after this I used “Fractalius” from Redfield.
