This is a special series of The Hidden Land. The samples were taken form a worksite and my client though it would be nice to decorate their offices with prints that have relevance to their work. I had to adjust the Tone Curve to add more depth and dimension; after which they looked like a Martian landscape and luckily my client liked it as well. Here’s hoping they click the buy button soon (lol)
My name is Aileen and I’m a mother, photographer and yoga teacher. I specialize in macro and close-up photography. I love capturing the tiny and revealing their beauty and uniqueness. There is so much beauty right under our noses if we only took the time to really look. Details in texture and the behavior of light and shade on the small scale is so fascinating for me.
