Aida Sheikholeslami

Even though I got my first camera when I was 7 years old as a birthday present, I only became passionate about photography years later, upon moving to Berlin. I started documenting my surroundings and my travels in Germany, Europe and Iran. My main interest lies in documentary style photography signifying cultural details and similarities through color, light and textures.

Coming from an art and design background, I have also started experimenting with photographs as an artistic canvas mixing subjects with background colors and textures.
