A Row with Lady Washington by AH64D
The original Lady Washington was built in the 1750’s in Massachusetts. This is a full scale replica of the brigantine and was launched in 1989. You may have seen her in Pirates of the Carribean as HMS Interceptor.
Whilst she has sailed Transatlantic, she is seen here, from the Municipal Pier, on a millpond like San Francisco Bay.

Whilst many pictures may speak for themslves, I sometimes think it’s best to say a few words about the subject too. I think I got the idea from a chap who was waiting to see LHD-8 in San Francisco in 2010, there are anecdotal descriptions on his pictures too. Anecdotes with pictures are cool :)
