The porch is of the Princess Place located in Flagler county, Florida. It was built in 1887 by Henry Cutting as a hunting lodge in the Adirondack style adapted to use local building materials such as cedar and palm trunks and coquina.

When he died, his wife returned to New York and remarried an exiled Russian Prince and they returned to Florida and thereby giving it its name.
