This is a seeding of a sego palm, which is a common plant in my hometown of New Orleans. My mother always grew them in our yard and every summer she would have to pull out the babies so the flower beds don’t get too crowded. I saved this little guy and a couple of it’s siblings and planted them elsewhere.
