Untitled As of Yet...Chapter Sixteen-Lee's point of view.

I opened my eyes. It was surprising to me that I let myself sleep this late. I never do that. “Don’t make it a habit” I said to myself. The sun was bright and high in the sky, it hurt my eyes. I pulled the curtain over the window. I was so comfortable in my night clothes, I didn’t want to change them. But I wanted to take full advantage of the bath house. I gathered my clothes, a towel and opened the door slightly. Everyone was asleep. Good, I still had time. I silently walked down the steps. Closing and locking the door behind me, I entered the steamy room. I spent the next hour or so bathing and just soaking in the warmness of the water. I knew we still had the journey to finish, and I knew we had to leave. But it was comfortable here. I enjoyed this place. Soon the water began to get cold, and I figured I’d been in here long enough. So I let the water out, and dried myself. The clothing of a soldier waiting for me to wear it. I dressed, making sure to but both the bandana around my head to cover my hair, and the mask on. I stepped out of the bath house, and went into the kitchen. On the table a bottle of alcohol lay empty. They drank last night? Lord Monroe and Micheal must have gotten along pretty well then, I wasn’t woken up by any fighting. Hunger was gnawing at me, like my stomach would cave in. But I didn’t know where anything was at. “Looking for something?” A dreary voice said. Micheal was up, hair in a mess, and dark circles under his eyes. “Food” I said back. “Me too.” he said yawning. He didn’t seem to be in a bad mood, but who knows when he will be. “I’ll start cooking I guess. Egg alright?” I nodded, wanting anything to hush my stomach. I watched it as it burned over the flame, waiting to eat it. “Go wake up that idiot of yours. He eats now, or starves” I agreed, trudging up the stairs. I made my steps a little heavier, and louder to let him know I was coming if he was even awake. There was no response so I figured he was still asleep. I opened the door saying “Sir-” I stopped, in horror and in shock. Against the wall opposite the door, Dane stood over Sir, turning and facing me. Both of their eyes as wide as the the door knob. It wasn’t until I recovered that I noticed that Lord Monroe was… not clothed at all. I shut the door, embarrassed. My heart was racing. The way he held on to Dante, the way he stood. Were they? If they did, it was because of the beer. It had to be. But my couldn’t help but linger on the topic. I had never seen him in that way before. Under all his clothing, he was scrawny. “Well?” Micheal said. “H-he’s coming. He’s getting up.” I said. My appetite was completely gone. My hands were even shaking. I hope they had a good night. I bet they did, and I bet Micheal didn’t even know. I wish I didn’t.
