Puente del Inca, Argentina by

Warm sulphuric water has deposited sediments over the Puente del Inca, in the Aconcagua National Park of Argentina, and created an amazing landscape.

Oh wow – what a marvel of the nature. I am wondering what was that construction in the middle, and how long time took the sediments to overtake it? You would love to see Pamukkale in Turkey :)

The building is part of an old thermal resort. At one time this was a popular place with a train station. It is in the Andes, near the border between Argentina and Chile.
