A Traditional Artist, currently studying for a bachelor’s degree of art, concentrating in both Drawing and Graphic Design.

Beyond that nutshell, I draw my inspiration from motion and the moment. Not just movement but the passive motion that can be found in things such as the portrait. As I study and continue to grow I seek to break out of a flat uninteresting canvas into a attention grabbing and emotionally drawing image even when it comes to subject matter like traditional portraitures or landscapes. My preferred media tends to be pen and ink, though I’m most comfortable with a pencil. Though I find myself spending much of my time behind the lens taking images either as stand alone pieces or references.

Works explore both the illustrative realm of Graphic Design along with Advertisements, and concerning fine art, I enjoy exploring the use of washes and simple ink abstraction contained within fine detailed portraitures or contours. My skill set is ever evolving as I continue to study both fine art medias and newer methods such as photography and digital painting.
