Side-lit from the right by an old lightbox, blue foam-board behind, silver reflector to the left.
An experiment that, I think, has worked OK.
Canon EOS30D, EF28-105mm F4L @ 45mm, ISO100, f16, 1.5sec – bracketed then exposure fusion using Photomatix HDR Pro, some work on levels and vignetting applied in CS5.
