Great idea, like Picasso has had before.Well,if I can propose something, when you say that “something is missing”,I think it’s in the right side of your compostion.It doesn’t need “something more”,but it’s the bottom which misses material, relief.Just work on it,with different kind of grey,and I think it could be better :)

Only you can decide if it needs something more
I would want to incorporate the side/back of a guitar perhaps as a ‘ghost’ overlapping shadow/reflection – there is a hint already at the top right

i love the composition and idea, and feel that the empty space lends depth to this piece very well!
