Beautiful work Megan, that hand has many, many tales to tell I bet! I think it would look awesome too in B&W my friend.

  • Thank you Tai! Good call on the black and white…I am going to put it up too!

Beautiful Megan….the black and white version is awesome too.

  • Thanks Di…I have to credit Tainia Finlay with the black and white one…it was her suggestion to put in black and white and it turned out wonderfully!

Oh Megan, this is such a wonderful picture, even from just the hand you get a sense of the wisdom and knowledge attached….

  • Thank you so much gonetolong! I used to tell my grandma when I was little that “wrinkles are knowledge” and she used to laugh and say well then I must be a genius..and in my opinion she is!

Megan, this is great art. I love people who have eyes for the transitory quality of live, people who respect and notice the beauty of aging. This hand tells us much more than 1000 young bodies, and I´m glad that you share this work with us!!! Instant fav!!!!

  • Aw thank you so much Klaus! I used to always tell my grandmother when I was little, that wrinkles are knowledge…I think I heard it from a kids show once and she loved it when I would tell her that! Thank you so much making it a favorite Klaus…that really means a lot to me!
