This is a three shot vertical panorama taken from Pulpit Rock, near Blackheath in the NSW Blue Mountains.

If you suffer from vertigo the lookouts around here are not a good place to be, as in pl;aces the sheer sandstone cliff faces drop hundreds of metres to the floor of the Grose Valley.

Camera – Nikon D80 SLR; Lens – Tamron 28 – 300 VC

Three RAW images stutched into a vertical panorama in Photoshop Elements 6.0

An impressive shot of an impressive drop !

  • Frightening I reckon! While we were there there was a couple heading off to abseil this cliff. We didn’t want to watch!
