Last Chance Saloon & Rosedeer Hotel, Wayne, Alberta, Canada (Y) by

Wayne is a tiny hamlet in the Badlands of Southern Alberta, only 14 km far from the town of Drumheller and its world-renowned Tyrell Royal Dinosaur Museum..

In Wayne is the famous Rose Deer Hotel, which opened in 1913 and which rumour has it, is haunted.

Joining the hotel is The Last Chance Saloon, which in the 1920’s was called the ‘Bucket of Blood’ because of all the fights the miners got into. Bullet holes are still in the walls!

When we arrived at the saloon we walked into a wake and were served beer in jam jars!
