Long time no chat!

I haven’t posted much over the last few months…. Neil Young was my last real update, and that was many, many moons ago.

In an attempt to drag me out of my photographic lull, the ever delightful Jessica Tremp hauled my butt out of my comfort zone and plonked me into an abandoned house. Ever patient, she tolerated my bitching and moaning, and we got some work done.

I had not intended to do much, if any shooting on the day, but came back with a stream of new work. Much of it was due to the artistic force that is Jess, as she danced, pranced, leaped, and slumped in all manner of ways to get a great shot.

A big thank you goes out to all the folks that favourited and commented on our shots. I’ve been overwhelmed by the reaction

Leapt alone was featured, and had over 1000 views in the first 12 hours after I uploaded it…

I really appreciate all of the comments and favourites from all corners of Redbubble. I haven’t really been in and about the Bubble for a while, so it was very humbling to get that sort of result.

I also thought I should mention the support of the infamous John Robb . Always available for a bit of photographic moral support, a night of beer, chats and a sneaky shot of Jager did me the world of good

To keep the momentum going, I have a photoshoot this week for a Belly Dancer, which all going well, may pop up on a magazine cover in the coming months. Having a dear friend like Jess around to force me to shake off the cobwebs has been a god send… prepare for a bit more photo spam in the coming weeks.
