Thanks Jean… I’m worn out from trying to keep the shots going while she ran around the studio like a woman possessed. Figuratively, and in the end literally throwing herself around every corner of the room.

Hehe, I had my Canon Flash-gun with me, but chewed through 4 AA batteries in half a day. And I was doing a LOT of learning that day … I’m getting me a 10-20mm lens next!

So did I… I am much happier with my results from the end of the day, than I was at the start of the day. I’ve never shot in a studio before, or with anyone other than the odd band. Having mates like Seana, Lauren and Malia to come out like that and get into things was a massive boost. Having John, yourself, James and Jo around to keep things relaxed was just as awesome

Thanks, but there wasn’t much composition to this… just luck!

Malia is a circus performer, and a mighty talented one. All these photos involved her running around the space, fighting with the feathers, the nose, the air, my camera and anything else that she could use to keep the energy going… the shots that worked the best are all down to her utter manic brilliance.

Mind you I know about 150 clowns some are exceptional and others are complete amateurs.

Don’t think i have put up much of my clown stuff here maybe I will later…
