The Brouwersdam is a dam/dike between the former islands of Schouwen-Duiveland and Goeree-Overflakkee.
On the left side you see the North Sea and on the right is the Lake Grevelingen.
In the middle of the photo you see the sluice gate.
If the water is flowing through the sluice from the lake into the sea, the seals come to this place to eat the fish that also swim through this sluice.
