~ On the Wings of Our Love ~ belongs to the following groups:
WMGA caress of his fingers so rough and work warn
I feel the slightest of scratch down my cheek
Yet each pore of my skin each cell of my blood
explodes in his gift of bliss
And I bathe in the strength and the warmth of his arms
every strand of hair tuned to his breath
Have I never before felt this pressure of love
and the freedom it awards with each kiss
His voice fills my lungs with the power of him
His wishes give beats to my heart
His words compliment the strains of my thoughts
I drown in the gold of his eyes
And still we must wait for fate to complete
evolving our beings as one
There is nothing divides us but space and time
united under glorious skies
I dream every night of his love cloaking me
drawing strength to power my days
giving glow to my features and peace to my mind
yet setting my soul on fire
And so to my love on gossamer wings
coloured in rainbow hues
I send every wish every thought every prayer
every heartbeat and breath and desire

Extremely well written hearfelt poem to display this passion for one another, Your sweet message to these lovers meant to be certainly decreases the distance between she and he, thank you for putting this out there for this one to see.

I wrote this 2am last night because Saleire dedicated her picture to my engagement! – I’m always scared love poems can turn corny or soppy or worse – erotic! This is my first one! I’m pretty proud of it and am glad it appeals especially to a bloke!

Oh My God!!! This is probably the best love poem I have ever read…..the images, the intensity and yet the softness of it brings tears to my eyes….there are some outstanding lines….like:
(his love cloaking me -drawing strength to power my days – giving glow to my features – every strand of hair tuned to his breath – freedom it awards with each kiss – every strand of hair tuned to his breath – His voice fills my lungs with the power of him

His words compliment the strains of my thoughts

Actually…...it’s the whole thing!!!! Each line has a wonderful image that makes you think, wonder, feel…and yet there is nothing soppy about it…....it is just a woman in love and oh boy are you in love :o)
I am stunned by this…...it melts my heart, my friend…....two lovely people, in love, in bliss…..I am so happy for you. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sal inspired me to do this and I cant thank her enough
She has no idea how happy my family have been this weekend (access with me) and her work has been a huge part of that!
Amazing that not only should an artists work be so influential but that we can converse with said artist and include them in our wonder!
This place is amazing!
and so is your work – I must go browse through it more thoroughly – now I have time on the PC !! :o)

Love is like a warm bath though, isn’t it? Surrounding us like strong, but soft arms. More can be said with one touch, than 1 million words. I love this verse, it is wholly immersing and obviously, so many can identify with it!
