~ Down the Creek ~
Hey yep another one :O)
this time i found a great artist Ms Alison Pearce who took a photo of a river flow
and when I saw it I couldn’t help myself; I had to write this mischievous piece :O)
Thank you Alison ! ♥
And yes in today’s society one pair of brothers can have a dad each – I see this as the speaker is the older brother and Spike is his younger brother that their mum had with the new dad … well you get the drift!
Enjoy! :O)
FEATURED!! In Art & Stories made for Children
~ Down the Creek ~ belongs to the following groups:

We can catch taddies build a bridge and cool our feet !
Wanna try and see if we could make the water stop ?
How ‘bout if we chuck in rocks roll ‘em off the top
Wish we had a fishing rod – think you could nick your dad’s?
We could take home fish for tea that couldn’t make Mum mad!
HEY! No fair! No splashing! Right I’ll get you – come back here!
No! Stop! Don’t cry for Pete’s sake! I’m sorry! C’mon, dry your tears
Look what say we stop by Nan’s on our way back home
I know she’s got a cake baked and there’s a new foal by the roan
You’d like to see the baby horse and then I’ll take you back
And tomorrow we’ll go watch the cricket with my dad and uncle Jack!
