Funnily enough, we in Tassie call the mainland the Northern Island….Tassie is too big to be seen here, but I CAN see the northern island in this pic!! You need a larger panorma pic to see that Aussie is attached to Tassie by the Tasman Bridge!!!

I tried to find a bush to represent Tassie – I love Tassie [mind you never been there ….. yet!]
But it’s a worry calling us the North Island … not that we’re not you are all perfectly correct BUT – if you lot start pronouncing Chips and Six a little wonky I will be justifyably worried! lol

I have always had a thing with trees!
and trees are what brought Mick & me together [we fell in love under a Morton Bay fig in Ballarat! lol]
I am so looking forward to my tree change! [in about 8 years!]
