Candles with texture layer.
I retired to Frankland River 10 years ago, after living in Perth since 1971; originally I was from Shropshire, England.
Most of my work, is done in the lower south of Western Australia, mainly Frankland, my garden, and Albany. However, I do visit my family who still live in Perth, and try to take the opportunity to photograph other places.

I bought some scented candles recently that are in cups. Are you using that wax that isn’t actually candle wax but stuff that melts away?
I use soy wax. It is healthier to use than any other wax used in candles. And the best thing of all is that the forests habitats of tigers, orangutans etc are not burnt down to grow this product, as is palm oil.
