Photo manipulation. I used a box shaped template’ from a photo magazine for the flowers.
The rainbow clouds.
‘Note’, that with this technique, anything that moves is going to take on different colours.
1 – Choose you view, making sure that you have some white puffy clouds in the sky.
2 – Put your camera on a tripod making sure that the camera cannot move.
3 – Compose your picture.
Take three pictures, waiting for the clouds to move between each shot. Once downloaded on to your computer, open up the first picture in Photoshop.
6 – Go to Windows > Channels .
7 – Click on the arrow at the top right of the Channels palette and select Split Channels
8 – Three mono images will appear.
9 – At the top of each image you will see a G for Green, an R for Red and a B for Blue.
10 – Close down the blue and green pictures, leaving the red on the screen.
11 – Open up your second picture and repeat. However, this time you are going to get rid of the green and red pictures, leaving the blue on screen.
12 – Open up your third picture and close down blue and red, leaving the green picture on the screen.
13 – You will end up with the red, green and blue channels from three separate images.
14 – In the Channels palette, click the top-right arrow and select Merge Channels.
15 – In the dialogue box, select RGB colour in Mode and click OK.
