About Eve Parry

I retired to Frankland River 10 years ago, after living in Perth since 1971; originally I was from Shropshire, England.
Most of my work, is done in the lower south of Western Australia, mainly Frankland, my garden, and Albany. However, I do visit my family who still live in Perth, and try to take the opportunity to photograph other places.

How can one tell if a spider is smiling for the camera? Excellent capture, Eve.

  • Oh I’m sure she is and there is a twinkle in the eye too. :-)

Oh Boy! Those eyes really stare at you don’t they….argh! Great image…I hate spiders though…this gives me the heebies…lol….

  • I used to worry about her when I first noticed she lived in our garden, but I got used to it. Now she’s moved on, to who knows where, and I miss her. :)

Wow, you are brave, he’s looking right at you! Great shot of this monster!

  • I was quite scared at first, but she’s more scared of me than I am of her now. :)
