Hey all!

I’ve just recently got back from beautiful California, my goodness… I want to move out there so badly. It was a life changing experience. I’ll post photos soon!

When out there I met a number of wonderful people… One of those people was a beautiful young lady called: Nicole Volkoff.

Somehow art came up in a conversation and Nicole shared two pieces of her work – I was am…

What a journey....

Posted 6 months ago

:-)

It seems a little strange writing a new journal after all this time. How long has it been? Perhaps a year since my last post, a good couple of years since I was truly here. Its actually very sad because I love this place, I love you guys and there is no way in hell I would be where I am now without this site, without your support.

I finally grabbed my dream and it has all been going beautiful…

What gives you that 'Christmas Eve feeling'?

Posted over 2 years ago

When I was a child, Christmas Eve offered a magical air of wonder and excitement. It was day where my childish-enthusiasm blossomed in my heart whilst the brightly wrapped presents under the tree tauntingly-teased with their mystery. I would rest uneasily at bedtime knowing tomorrow I could feast upon all the mountains of exotic and luxurious delicacies that would normally be too expensive, or n…

Canal Trip 09 - Beautiful British Countrside

Posted over 2 years ago

Hello all,

I just thought I’d take a moment to share some of the photos taken during my recent canal boat trip. Many of the sights I saw were perfect inspiration for new illustrations, so please keep a watchful eye out for them…

The trip itself was incredibly relaxing and so very peaceful… I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet for gently drifting along a cana…

Photos to spark a smile (or at least i hope!)

Posted almost 3 years ago

Hello all ☺

I’ve been quietly viewing your wonderful works from behind the scenes recently – trying to tip-toe on the site whenever possible and leaving comments here and there – but nowhere near as much time as I would like. Still, things are settling down somewhat so I’ll be making sure to make more effort to catch up with all you lovely people.

A lot has been happening recently; some good thin…

Clearing out the rubbish... *clicks delete*

Posted about 3 years ago

Well, maybe that’s a little harsh.. but yes, in essence that’s what I’ve done. Out with the old, in with new… as they say.

I was looking through my portfolio a few weeks back and was thinking that there was a surprising amount of mediocre works on there. And that’s not me being over-critical, merely observant. It makes sense really, for I have only been drawing enthusiast…

… I suppose it was always meant to be.

Yesterday during a little clear out I stumbled upon some of my old drawings and also a handful of photos. It’s amazing what emotions photos can evoke… Though when I saw this image a huge smile stretched across my face. hehe.

I must be no older then 8 or 9 months here… and i was already keen to put pen to paper!

I hope you al…
