I wanted to name this shot, exactly how I felt sitting here waiting for the light to be just right. The gentle crashing of the waves, ending their long journey to the coast is the only sound. The last rays of light hitting the upper clouds, making them bright orange. Not another soul to be seen anywhere, this is solitude.
This is a hidden little beach in the Noosa National Park. Getting here is a little difficult, with no set tracks, and the cliff getting down here is a little slippery also. I guess that’s what makes it so quiet here, a good place to watch the day end.
