Green Jumping Spider by Adam Gormley
This little jumping spider is a female Green Jumping Spider (Mopsus mormon). These hunt in gardens, in low bushes, and like most insects.
Mt Cootha Botanical Gardens, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Canon 5D Mk II, 65mm, 5×.. Available large, and best appreciated large!

Brilliant capture adam looks like hes translucent and those eyes wow surreal………..a favourite spider and have never seen this one before……how do you ID them got a website or book you can recommend….cheers
Thanks so much mate, I just google what I think it is (easy with this one) and get some handy site like wiki. Match up the photos, and that’s it. Some take hours though, but I learn alot along the way :)
