People of the Forest - Orang Utans by

People of the Forest is the literal translation of Orang Utans. They are only found in the wild in two places on Earth. One is the Indonesian island of Sumatra and the other is Borneo an island made up of the Malaysian states of Sarawak and Sabah, Indonesia’s Kalimantan and the country of Brunei.

The Orang Utans on the islands are different from each other. The ones that live in Sumatra is smaller, longer faced and has a lighter coat than it’s Borneo cousins.

Though the Orang Utan shares 97% of our DNA both species are on the endangered list. Without these great apes the world will be losing something remarkable.

Travel is tough. You have to arrange things for your time away. Someone has to come over and feed the piranhas and you have to make sure the place isn’t burgled.

Cameras are bulky and these days you have to carry enough leads to macrame a basket.

Or, you could just wallpaper your house with photographs you’ve bought from me! Just think of all the money you’ll save!
