I am a country gal. This is a great picture. Look at all the wide open space. Think of the quiteness of this counrty picture – only an occaisional lowing of the cows. Nice work.

Thanks Dairygirl & Mardav

I’m always drawn to photos of abandoned homesteads – a sense of mystery and nostalgia envelops them, as if they’re just waiting to tell the stories of the people who once lived and laughed within their walls… I also grew up in the country, and will always be a country girl at heart – so I know exactly what it will feel like to physically experience this landscape.
A superb rustic image – love the broken fence and its message that Nature always reclaims what is hers, and your title is great!

A fabulous rustic image, Adam. Love the fence – it has so much character. I’d love to shoot it up close and in infrared!
