Ada Lovelace Day is an international celebration of the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering and maths. All proceeds from this shop go towards supporting the day. Founded in 2009, the day features a ‘science cabaret’ event in London which this year will be held on 11 October.
Every year there are dozens of independently organised events around the world. 2015 saw over 150 grassroots events held over 7 continents, including everything from Wikipedia edit-a-thons to art exhibitions to talks about women in STEM.
We have also produced an educational pack for students, two books about women in STEM, and a resources project highlighting the work done by other organisations that support, celebrate and help women in STEM.
We are a small organisation that is dependent on the generosity of our supporters, volunteers and sponsors. If you like our posters, please do let your friends know, because every purchase helps to support our work.
