I am a student at the University of North Texas working towards my BFA in Watercolor. I mostly enjoy doing figurative work and experimenting with color and value to create an expressive /emotive effect. I am not particularly interested in my working appearing photo realistic. I have done my experimentation with realism and I have settled into a groove where I am comfortable letting some of the less important details slide to give way to a fresh, impressionistic feel.
I am new here, and I am a moderately prolific painter, so right now I am just working on sifting through my tons of paintings to upload, and poking around finding new groups and new art.
