I absolutely love this, Alison. Not only is the flower magnificent, but the photography is flawless, too. How in the world do you get the ENTIRE flower in such sharp focus? And what about that outstanding color? This belongs on the home page!
Thank you so much Bonnie! I lug a tripod to Keukenhof so I can shoot with my highest DoF. I’m that really annoying person who sits in front of each tulip for 10 mins or more :) lol… I’m usually one of about a dozen in a sea of thousands of people… I thought I was bad until I saw a guy whip out a make-up brush to dust some dirt off a petal… I laughed at him, then I thought it was a good idea for next year :)
