Forgotten Postcard - Venice, Italy
I’m up to my old tricks again! I’m now truly hooked on the Forgotten Postcard concept. I went digging through my old photos today to find some that I wasn’t altogether happy with to see what could be done.
Venice is one of those timeless, European cities. I haven’t had the best of luck photographing it as both times I’ve been there the weather has been horrid. This particular shot was pretty drab and boring. Hopefully it’s a bit more interesting now :)

Forgotten Postcard - Venice, Italy belongs to the following groups:
Bridges, Happy Haven, Italy and all things Italian, Live, Love, Dream and PixElations - The Art of PhotoshopAvailable for sale as Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Posters

I like your way of turning a common (or maybe boring, if you say so :)) picture to a nice piece of art :) Great vintage look again!

Alison these are so good! Have you approached anyone with the view of selling these images to be used on real postcards!
Alison Cornfor... in reply to Joanne Bradley’s comment, about 1 month ago
Thanks so much Joanne! You know what, I literally just started making these as I’ve been posting them so they really haven’t gotten any farther than RB yet. When I get back from vacation I would definitely like to start looking for an outlet for them.
