This is the Guadalquivir River and the Torre del Oro watchtower in Sevilla, Spain. Picture was taken in November 2010 with my Nikon D60 18-55mm lens and a 2 second exposure.

Nice shot! Handheld?
Thanks! Not handheld though, I was on another bridge further down the river and I rested it on a flat stone section of the railing there.
