Nope, only cloned out some tiny black stuff in the bottom, other than that this is exactly how they looked!

This photo is the one image ive had most commercial and copetition success with – once upon a time this used to frustrate me as im an ‘animal & wildlife’ photographer not an underwater photographer, and i felt like i was misrepresenting myself a bit….But it drew attention to my other work so i began to appreciated it a lot! :)

Hi Dave, Many thanks for your comments. I think people like the abstract nature of this? Im not sure of the species but they were around 8cm long and were actually part of a breeding faciliy. The owner can mix sperm & eggs from one to another, which produces off spring with different patterns and colours! or example sperm form a purple clam mixed with the eggs of a blue clams with dashes around the edges, you end up with a light purple clam with dashes around the edges! Its quite fascinating how they can be mixed and matched!!
