This drawing depicts a scene and a creature that may have existed a very long time ago.

This artwork was inspired by a brief stay in Tasmania’s far South.
It began with some rocks, like the ones I could see at the back of an open fireplace in an old dwelling, and a stroll earlier along a jetty had me gazing down into the clear water watching fish swimmimg about.
