Stellar Gateway

In epic language: “To the stars we channel our existence… Through the gateways we shall exist forever.”
I hope I achieved the effect of getting lost in something immense because that’s the idea.
Work done with Chaoscope and a lot of Photoshop, using like 20 layers and summing up a huge 300+mb file. My hard drive still begs me for mercy. It’s also the first work that looks like a “Panorama” with its ludicrous 4500×2500 resolution.

upon seeing this image I smiled… and all I could think of was that although composed of such ‘harsh’ (and i use this term loosely) edges it gives a real serene feel to it… it made my day.. thanks…

With a ferocious grin the space cowboy jammed the joystick into full acceleration. The stars seemed to explode. Then the hyperspace opened and swallowed the spaceshop.
