The Master's Car

I had walked around the grounds of the 1940’s weekend taking photographs all day. I had feasted on the photographic potential and was high on images being formed right before my eyes. Then at the end of the day with swollen feet and an aching back i began the slow walk back the car taking in the sights and sounds along the way. People packing away their things and saying a wistful goodbye to one another aware that they may not see one another for another year. The singers sang one last song and the last of the spam sandwiches wilted. I walked and as i did i turned my head looking for any last photographs. I glanced and there it was the perfect photograph staring me in the face, i lifted my camera and with joy caught the final packing away of picture and dogs in the back of the car…..then they were gone!
Taken on a Canon 400D 18-55mm lens. Post production involved making background b&w and adding a guassian blur to remove any distractions in Photoshop.
The Master's Car belongs to the following groups:

I didn’t start yet.
It is a lot of work, and i don’t know if i have the energy for this.
I will never be able to restore the text that followed the images, and i lost all the comments, some of them are very valuable to me.
So I am still waiting for some answers from redbubble.
But i guess it is a chance to reevaluate my work.
Thank you for your concern dear Jacqueline.
Jacqueline Baker replied
Oh bless you i’m not sure i would have the energy either and you had many more images than me. Just pick a handful and start there people would so miss you if you completely went and RB would be a poorer place for it!! :0(

What a wonderful opportune capture! it is the unexpected ones that are so great. Wonderful Capture and I love selective colour treatment.
It is strange, that in those special moments I loose myself in the magic moment and my fingers to paralysed to take the picture
